  • Would my product be safe from any kind of damages?

 

You should not accept the delivery if the packaging is damaged. In case you have received a broken / damaged product, it should be reported to us within 24 hours. You should call the customer care at +91 9894024985 / 04614057777 or send a mail to crm@sathya.in or you can raise a complaint at support.sathya.in. 
 

 

  • I have received an incorrect product. What should I do?

In case of any wrong product send to you kindly call the customer care at +91 9894024985 / 04614005777 or send a mail to crm@sathya.in or you can raise a complaint at support.sathya.in, please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery.  We will ensure that a replacement product is sent to you provided that the wrong product is returned to us.

  • I want to return the product.

We have a 30 day replacement guarantee policy. In case you want to return your product. Please refer to our Terms and condition for the return
