  • Order is been placed and the online payment is incomplete or page Expired.

In order to ensure high level of security for transactions in www.sathya.in, we require that the bank complete the transaction within 45-60 seconds. In case of your order, the bank exceeded the time limit and the transaction was aborted. You don’t have to worry. Kindly check if the payment has been debited from your account else you can place the order again. You will receive a mail from the EBS Payment gateway regarding the payment. 

During the payment if the page expires kindly go to my order details in www.sathya.in and click on Pay Now for the order that the payment was unsuccessful . 

  • I can't see my order details in "My Order" and the payment for the product has been made.

Send us an email to crm@sathya.in and we will get in touch with you. We would appreciate if you provide us the contact number and we will be glad to help you out. You can also rise an ticket at support.sathya.in with the order number. Kindly check your email for the order mail.  

  • How long does it take to get my refund?

It may take up to 7-10 working days to complete the refund from the time we have received our product back. Though we give free shipping during the cancel and refund the shipping charge will be detected from the refund amount. If the order is cancelled before shipping there will not be any shipping charge detected on the refund funds,  In case if the payment was done through COD, It will take longer. As soon as we receive the funds from the courier we will process the refund. You need to provide us the below mentioned information

 

1) Name as on Account
2) Name of Bank
3) Account number
4) IFSC Code
5) Order Number and reason for Refund

We will either transfer the funds through to your account or we will provide you with the cheque under the billing address name.

  • I have paid through COD, how will I receive my refund?

 

We'll be happy to refund your money into your desired bank account or provide you with the cheque under the billing address name of the order that has been placed. We would request you to share the following banking details required by our finance team to process the refund:
 
1) Order Number and reason for Refund
2) Name as on Account
3) Name of Bank
4) Account number
5) IFSC Code
 
We will complete an online transfer into your bank account within 7-10 business working days from the receipt of your details

  • Can u provide the details about the Payments by Demand Draft/Cheque:

You can provide us the Demand Draft/Cheque. However we will ship the product once the payment is cleared. The Demand Draft/Cheque should be in the Name of Sathya Agencies (P) Ltd…,In case of cheque or demand draft payments, orders will be processed only after clearance of the cheque. Please do not forget to mention your Order Number at the back of the Cheque/DD. It will help us process your order quicker.

  • Do you provide Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option? How can I buy using COD option?

Yes, cash on delivery payment option is available for any product purchased for more than Rs1000. While placing order in the payment option you need to select Cash On Delivery (COD). Once you have received the product ,  check if the package is not tampered and then kindly pay the cash to the Delivery Person.
