• How do I get my courier tracking number and track my shipments?

In case your product has been shipped you can send a mail to crm@sathya.in and they will provide you the tracking number and the link to track your product. you can track you product or shipment in this link https://www.dtdc.in/tracking/tracking_results.asp.
once you click on the link on the right side below tracking you will find a blank box with the heading AWB No.List, enter your tracking number and click on track, you will know where your product is and the phone number. if you are not able to track and have queries you can contact the customer care at 9894024985 / 0461 4005777 Monday to Saturday 9 Am to 7 Pm IST 

• My product has not been delivered but it is showing as delivered on courier website / incorrect update?
