  • Where is Order History?

You may check the progress of your dispatch in 'Track your Order ', once you login to your account using your registered email ID. Click on ‘Your Account’ and then 'Order History '. It will provide you the details of all the order placed in Sathya.in with the current status. You can click on ‘Order Details’ to view the complete details of the respective order.

  • My Order has been dispatched, when will I receive my product?

Once your product is dispatched, generally the courier takes 1-3 business days to deliver the shipments as the delivery is through the surface transport.

  • How will I know if the order is placed successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation from noreply@sathya.in once your order is successfully placed. This email will have all the details related to your order. In case the payment is not completed. You will receive a email from the EBS Payment Gateway

  • I can't see my order details in "Order History"
 
Send us an email to crm@sathya.in and we will get in touch with you. We would appreciate if you provide us the contact number and we will be glad to help you out immediately. You can also rise an ticket at support.sathya.in with the order number. Kindly check your email for the order mail.  
  • What does the different order status mean?
 

Following are the different order status that you can find under your order history

  
  1. Open: Order has been placed and not yet processed.
  2. In Progress: The product has been invoiced and ready to be dispatched.
  3. Shipping in Progress: The product has been dispatched through the Courier.
  4. Payment Pending: Product has reached the buyer and they have paid the COD amount to the Courier people. Once the courier people handover the money to us the status will change to completed. . 
  5. Cancelled: Order has been cancelled as per customer request.
  6. Completed: Customer has received the product and the payment is Cleared.
   
  • How do I check the current status of my order?
  
You can check the status of your order by following steps:
  
  1. Log on to your account by signing in at https://sathya.in
  2. Click on 'your Account' on top right of website header.
  3. Click on 'Order History '.
  4. Check your respective order and the details of the status will appear.
