About Store Pickup

Launching soon store pick up for our customers. Customers can buy items online and pick their product from the retail store at their convenient date and time.
 
1. Scope
 
A Store Pickup is a value added service to our customers, where they can walk into a retail store and collect their product at their own convenience. The customer avoids shipping and scheduled delivery - and customer can get their order faster.
 
2. General Summary
 
Store pickup orders are verified and processed by the Online Sales Executive during business hours. Once the order is ready, the customer will receive a store pickup notification e-mail. Depending on the time the order is placed, the customer should receive this e-mail within few hours.
 
When selecting “Store Pick Up” during checkout, some store locations may be temporarily unavailable due to limited retail store availability.
 
The store pickup facility is currently available at selected pin codes.
 
3. How it works?
 
Go to sathya.in and start shopping. Choose the ‘Store Pick Up’ option during checkout process. Customers can pick up the order in the store as early as five business days. The customer will be notified via email/SMS once the item/package is ready for pickup.
 
  • During checkout, choose “Store Pick Up” and the customer will see Sathya store locations.
  • Select the nearest location.
  • Place an order and wait to receive a "Ready for pick up" email/SMS. (This is a separate email from order confirmation.)
  • Customer should bring the ID proof, bill copy, and order number to the store and pick up the items.
  • The item will be held in the store for 5 days. If the item is not collected by then, we would cancel the order and refund the payment.
 
If the customer cannot pick up their order within 5 days, they may either call store, or contact customer service at 7339-400-400 to prevent the order from canceling and extend the store pick up time frame.
 
We accept the following documents for identification:
 
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Billed Copy
  • The credit/debit card used for the purchase
  • Sale order number (e.g.: SBSO-12345)
 
4. Free Delivery on all Store Pickup orders
 
In Store Pickup, the delivery is FREE. There is no additional cost. The customer would get free shipping on all Store Pick Up orders.
 
Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive an email/SMS acknowledging the order, which will contain the order number for reference.
 
When the order arrives in the store, the customer will receive an email/SMS notifying the arrival of item & the item/package is ready for pick up.
 
5. Who can pick up the order?
 
  • The customer can pick up the order themselves or choose someone else to pick it up. To have the order picked up by a nominee, the customer must select that option during checkout. The customer needs to provide the pickup person's name, e-mail address and phone number. The pickup person will need to show his/her ID proof, bill copy and the order number of the store.
 
  • Only the customer or the person nominated for the pick-up of the order can pick up the items.
 
6. Store Availability - Ship to Store
 
Some items may not be immediately available for pickup at our local store, but it can be shipped from a warehouse or any other retail store. Ship-to-store items usually arrive at the store within 3 to 7 business days. We would send an email/SMS to the customer when the items are ready for pick up.
 
7. Store Pickup and our Price Match Guarantee
 
If the product is available at a lower price in the store at the time of pick up, the original form of payment will be automatically adjusted to reflect the lower price. Some exclusion applies.
 
8. Changing or canceling Store Pickup
 
  • To change or cancel a Store Pickup order, call us at 7339-400-400.
  • To switch from Shipping to Store Pickup, call within one hour of placing your order.
  • To switch from Store Pickup to Shipping, call any time.
  • If you're calling to cancel a Store Pickup order, please have the bill copy and sale order information handy.
 
We'll hold your items at the store for 5 days. If you don't pick up your items by then, we'll cancel the order and refund the payment.
 
9. Returns
 
Products purchased on sathya.in in their original condition (new, unused, and unaltered) with tags attached may be returned within 3 days of the ship date found on the packing List in the same retail store. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.  Please read our Return Policy for full details.
